When your order is received, you will be emailed an order confirmation. We reserve the right not to deliver in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order. In the event that we are unable to deliver your order we will inform you and cancel the order.  


Your parcel will be dispatched from our UK warehouse within 2 working days of placing your order. We aim to dispatch all orders on the same working day.

We deliver to most postal areas in the UK. Unfortunately we do not deliver to BFPO addresses, PO boxes or the Channel Islands including the Isles of Scilly.

In the event that any orders are undelivered due to incorrect details provided by the customer, it will be the customer that is responsible for payment of redelivery



We sincerely hope you are satisfied with your purchase, however if you change your mind for whatever reason we will happily exchange your item or refund your purchase, excluding shipping costs.

How to return your order via post. 
  • Fill in the returns form included within your order and ensure you return it with your unwanted goods
  • Return the item(s) to the address on the returns form
  • Send your unwanted items back to our warehouse via a tracked service.
  • Ensure all goods are returned as new, unworn and with tags.

What we'll do once we've received your return
  • Once your return arrives at our warehouse we'll begin to process it as soon as possible.
  • We will issue a refund and the funds will return to your account. Please allow up to 5 working days for your refunded amount to reach your account. You will also receive a refund confirmation email.  


  • All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, Validate do not offer free returns. 
  • Please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to be processed once we receive your return.
  • Anything returned outside of the 30 day policy will not be eligible for a refund. 



All packages imported to your country may be subject to customs, taxes or other fees. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government.

We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Please contact your country's customs office prior to purchasing for respective charges and rates on packages coming from outside of your country.

No orders being delivered within the UK & EU will incur any import tax or duties.
